    Steve Kelly with the James Campbell Company will provide an overview on private and public development investment in the Kapolei Region including major new projects and infrastructure fueling Kapolei’s economic, residential and employment growth.  Steve will speak about recently completed, new and upcoming projects and other major development trends in Kapolei, the fastest growing area in the State of Hawaii.
     
    Steve Kelly became the President of the Kapolei Properties Division of the James Campbell Company LLC in 2019.  He was Vice President and Manager of Development during his prior thirteen years with the Company.
    The James Campbell Company is a Hawai‘i-based, diversified real estate investment company with $3.45 billion in assets held nationwide.  Its Kapolei Properties Division is responsible for a 2,600-acre portfolio in the Kapolei, Hawai’i region including the City of Kapolei, a master planned urban center at the heart of the fastest growing and most dynamic region in the State of Hawai‘i.
     
    Mr. Kelly manages a wide variety of investment activities including acquisition, development, asset management, leasing, sales and partnerships for a variety of property types.  He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of California at Irvine and completed the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program and the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Development Program.
    In addition to serving as an inside director of several Company affiliate boards, he has served on several non-profit and industry group boards and advisory committees, is a past president of the Land Use Research Foundation of Hawai’i and is an active member of several national real estate industry organizations.

He is responsible for investment activities for a 2,600-acre real estate portfolio in Hawai‘i which includes the City of Kapolei, O‘ahu's new master planned city at the center of the fastest growing and most dynamic region in the State of Hawai‘i. Steve holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of California, Irvine, completed the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program, and is a member of several boards and community and professional organizations.
