For members under age 35.Educates and engages young real estate professionals through ensuring continuous educational development, sharing best practices, exposure to industry leaders, and fostering an environment conducive to creating and maintaining lasting relationships.

YLG hosts ongoing opportunities throughout the year including a mentoring program (Emerging Leaders Forum) and several engagement opportunities that are specifically aimed to help young leaders understand and experience all facets of real estate.

The ULI Hawaii Young Leader group includes over 50 professionals from many of Hawaii’s top companies. The group conducts 8-10 events a year, including:

• A speaker series with Hawaii’s leading executives.
• Tours of new developments.
• Updates on proposed projects, Hawaii real estate trends and current topics
• A popular holiday social that includes speakers from throughout the year and the greater ULI membership.
