Sky Ala Moana is a contemporary mixed-use project consisting of two, 43-story and 39-story towers totaling 779 condominium units situated on seven stories of parking and ground floor commercial units. The 43-story West Tower, which is 100% pre-sold, offers 390 residential market rate one and two-bedroom units. The 39-story, 384-unit East Tower includes The Flats, which feature 84 affordable units, a 188-key hotel, and 112 condotel units that can be added to the lodging operation. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations are available in both hotel and residential offerings. The hotel and condotel will be flagged as a Renaissance by Marriot, a luxury brand of Marriot International. Ground floor commercial units range in size from approximately 600-6,000 square feet, with the two largest ground floor units fronting Kapiolani Boulevard and the remaining along Makaloa Street.
